PAX Our automatic carpet washing machines are produced with a band width starting from 220 cm up to 420 cm. The detergent and water to be used in the washing process are sprayed onto the carpet with the pressured water and detergent motors in the automatic carpet washing machines. There are carpet washing brushes on our machines, starting from 60-micron, 4-disc brushes and increasing up to 12-disc brushes. The motors of these brushes are all installed independently of each other. Circular brushes can be set so you can rotate them left or right at any time. Cylindrical brushes come after circular brushes. This roller brush collects objects such as hair, bristle, fluff, etc. on the carpet and combs the carpet hairs mixed during washing, while at the same time performing the first rinse. With the rinsing squeegee system just behind the upper hair collection and rinsing brush, excess water and detergent are rinsed off the carpet and cleaned from the carpet. There is a cylindrical under-carpet washing brush, which washes the underside of the carpets, right behind the water scraping system. At the last stage of our machines, there is a rolling apparatus. Thanks to this roller, the washed and rinsed carpet is wrapped as a roll and is ready for the spin-drying machine. Thus, the carpet washing process is completed professionally and effortlessly. 

* There are carpet washing speed settings in the machines according to the dirtiness of the carpets. 

* Depending on the dirtiness of the carpets, it is possible to run the belt fast or slow. 

* All of our machines have an elevator system that can be adjusted according to the thickness of the carpet. 

* It is possible to rewind the tape system forward or backward. 

* Thanks to the waste water drain pool, the spillage of water or detergent on the floors is prevented at a minimum level. 

* Carpet resting pool is also provided with our automatic washing machines.
